From booking
to pickup.

Book in the app

Choose to or from Pearson, set your address, your date and time, and your flight number if you have one. Tell us how many people and bags are coming. The fixed price for your area appears before you confirm. It does not increase if your flight is late.

Your booking is confirmed — then your driver is

The moment you book, the trip is in our book and the area fare is locked. Shortly after, you receive a notification with your driver's name, the car and the plate. Before the day, your driver personally confirms your pickup in the app, so you know a person has it.

Watch the car come to you

When your driver sets off, their car appears on a live map in the app, with the distance and the time they will arrive. Your driver has your flight number and times the pickup to when you actually land.

Meet, ride, pay

At arrivals, look for your name board. At the end of the trip you pay your driver directly, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. There is no booking fee and no surge.

Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.

No HST is added to your fare — the price you see is the price you pay.

Read the booking terms

Your flight is late

Your driver has the flight number and adjusts. A delayed flight does not increase the area fare.

You are running late

Message your driver from the app. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included. Beyond that, waiting is $1 per minute, paid to your driver with the fare.

You cannot find the car

Tap Call in the app to reach your assigned driver while the trip is live.

Your plans change

Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup, in the app, so your driver is told straight away.

Which way are you travelling?

Select your area to see the fixed fare.

No HST is added to your fare — the price you see is the price you pay. Requested tolls and optional gratuity are separate. Your exact address confirms the area in the app.

Use local Toronto time. For arrivals, allow time for immigration and baggage collection.

Fixed area fares are for our Premium SUV (up to 4 passengers, 4 large bags). Parties of five or more, or anyone who prefers a full-size or luxury SUV, are quoted by email before booking. Mention oversized items so we can confirm they fit.
