AirGate is pre-booked, not hailed. Book as soon as you know your flight — hours or days ahead. Same-day bookings are welcome when the car is free.

One fixed price for your area, shown in the app before you confirm. Fares run from $65 to $395 depending on your area — for example Brampton $90, Ajax, Pickering or Whitby $160, Barrie or Muskoka $290. The Prices page lists every area. No HST is added to your fare — the price you see is the price you pay.

AirGate sets your area's fare before you book. It does not increase because your flight is delayed, traffic is bad, or you land at a different time. There is no booking fee and no surge. Requested tolls and any gratuity are separate. No HST is added to your fare — the price you see is the price you pay. Beyond that, waiting is $1 per minute, paid to your driver with the fare.

AirGate runs its own fleet and assigns your driver personally. When your driver is assigned you receive their name, the car and the plate, and they personally confirm your pickup in the app before the day. If AirGate cannot cover a confirmed booking, we will tell you as early as possible and help arrange an alternative.

You see it happen. Your trip screen shows each step live: booking confirmed, driver assigned, driver confirmed the pickup, on the way, arrived. From the moment your driver sets off, their car is on a live map with the distance and arrival time. You can message or call them during your trip.

For fixed area fares, our Premium SUV — a Toyota Highlander Hybrid with room for up to 4 passengers and 4 large suitcases. Larger parties travel in a full-size or luxury SUV (Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator or Cadillac Escalade), quoted by email. Vehicle requests are subject to availability; if a specific model is not free we provide a comparable vehicle in the same class and tell you in advance.

At the end of the trip, directly to your driver, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. The app does not take card payments. You pay the confirmed fare and any agreed extras, plus anything you choose to tip.

Your driver has your flight number and times the pickup to your actual landing, not the scheduled one. There is no increase to the area fare because your flight is delayed. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your actual landing is included.

Cancel through the app so your driver is told. Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your pickup, in the app, so your driver is told straight away.

Yes. Ask for a child seat when you book and give the child's age. Note anything oversized — skis, a stroller, a bike box — so AirGate can confirm the appropriate seat and luggage space before you travel.

No. The planner on this site helps you gather your details and check the fixed fare for your area. Booking happens in the AirGate app for iPhone, coming soon to the App Store. Until it launches, email info@airgatelimo.com with your flight, address, date and time and we will confirm your fixed fare by reply.

Your terminal or address, flight number, date and time, how many passengers and bags, and any child-seat request.

No. Anything you enter in the website planner stays on your device while the page is open. You can copy or download a summary to use when booking in the app. The website host may process standard access logs.
